I sold my 22-year-old Highlander to Lee's Fine Cars in as-is condition yesterday. I first emailed Hugo, the sales manager, with the vehicle details and its condition in the morning. After a couple of email exchanges, I brought the car to their shop in the afternoon. He conducted a short test drive and inspection, and purchased the car at a price that was fair for both of us. The entire process—from the inspection to receiving payment including paper work—took about one hour. The very next day, he completed the ownership transfer and sent me a copy of the updated ownership (plate license) by email. Hugo was very polite, his offer was reasonable, and the whole process was exceptionally fast. I was truly impressed with the experience and would strongly recommend Lee's Fine Cars to anyone looking to sell their vehicle.
Just recently I have purchased 2014 Porsche from Lee's Fine Cars. Chai was great to deal with, open, friendly and we had good talk from Finch subway where he waited for me to give me ride to dealership. Car was ready for delivery, signed papers and drove home. Full recommendations, no pressure, no hustle.
I just took my Mercedes there for a dent on the side of the car. The place was recommended by my in-laws but I was still worried about how it would come out. Not only did Chris delivered but he also sent me pictures of the different step of the process. The car looks like nothing happened and I couldn't be happier with the result. Oh, and they did it for $1000 when Mercedes quoted me for $2700! 5/5 will go back!
I went in to buy a Porsche Panamera that was advertised. I originally thought it was just a quick small time dealer. I was very surprised to see how large the showroom/service area and staging center was. I bought the Porsche because Chris, Raymond and Fiona made me feel very welcomed. I felt like family. Chris took me around and was completely honest and upfront with me. I'm a business owner and I can say these are the type of people I like to deal with. The car was advertised with complete accuracy and when I picked it up Chris walked me through a PDI inspection....well above and beyond my expectations. There was even a full tank of gas!!! Anyway a few days later I noticed the compressor was missing from the Porsche so I emailed Chris and asked if he knew about it(I honestly thought maybe it's no big deal), but Chris said he would look into it and sure enough he emailed me the next day and said he will order one in for me free of charge!! Seriously who does that A definite 5 star rating here. I would sure buy from them again. This is my true and honest opinion/review. Thank you, Tony Rahman
Genuinely good people who work here. Took my car in for an AC repair, and while they could have gauged me for a new compressor, they checked my freon pressure and topped it up for a MUCH more affordable fix. It's not often you find a place that's not there to take as much as they can. I have been and will continue to be a repeat customer there. Highly recommended.
Lee’s Auto Service was referred to me after I had body damage on my Mercedes a year ago. Since that time I have been coming back for all for everything car related, from regular maintenance to tire changes. The work done is always phenomenal, and the customer service is professional! I received first class, honest and fairly priced service from Lee's Fine Cars recently. Ray gave his opinion of the noise coming from an older model ML 320. I thought some fluids were low but Ray suspected a 'hangar bearing'. We replaced the bearing within the quoted amount and allotted time. Ray was right- the old beast runs much quieter now. You will be happy with the service you receive from Ray. Just like I was.
