Please stay very far away from this clinic for the many illegal practices they commit. They will respond back saying you are not a patient here, and to email them personally to discuss - I signed my family up for the clinic with Dr. Beruar back in October. Every time I booked an appointment it was with the PA, when asked when i would meet the doctor every couple of weeks was a different story. That she is not starting until the following month. How are you promoting a doctor and having us register with her through OHIP when never having met her? The PA’s work majority of the time you would believe they are the actual dr until you look at your prescription/ DI request and realize it was signed in a different name from what they introduce. I feel extremely sorry for the front head admin as although they try and help… This clinic is run on a lot scams and lies. There is a tamil girl “Sinthura” who is a RPN that runs the clinic as manager and teaches the front admin staff how to do bloodwork. These ladies at the front are not phlebotomy trained, although being a NP I should have seen the many red flags in this practice. The amount of dangers not officially training staff on entering patients veins and drawing blood is scary. I don’t know how one can sleep at night when they took an oath and are performing illegal healthcare duties. For example - Why is the front administration doing bloodwork? -Why is this clinic promoting a Dr is taking new patients when the Doctor is never on site and it’s a PA your being seen by? -How is this practice even legal and up and running? -Who has the moral compass to even open such a disgusting place, no wonder we keep seeing a fall in healthcare I wrote this review on Sept 21,2025. No response for management because they cannot lie - @JL YIN made a post 3 days later and management responded. STAY EXTREMELY FAR FROM THIS CLINIC. YOU ARE NOT BEING SEEN BY PHYSICIANS BUT UNLICENSED PA’S WHO HAVE NO LICENSES IN CANADA. THE DOCTOR THEY PRACTICE UNDER ARE NEVER ON SITE OR PRESENT. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED- YOU DO NOT HAVE A FAMILY DOCTOR BUT a PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT NOT LICENSED IN CANADA. BE VERY AWARE!!!
Not sure if they have changed the receptionists or the rude ones were off today. The new staff are efficient and friendly. Completed the visit under half an hour, even though the clinic is busy. Delighted to see improvement. Changed to 5-star review. --- Terrible Receptionist. Not willing to offer help with paper work. Can't call this a good clinic even though there are good doctors and PA inside. DISAPPOINTED
I’m so happy I found this clinic! I’ve been to many walk in clinics and this one is different in a sense than they truly don’t rush to see their patients. All staff is very kind and attentive! They even remind you of your appointment the day before. They treat the place like an actual family doctor rather than a quick and rushed walk in clinic. I really hope they keep up the good work :)
The doctor informed me that they could only address one issue during my visit and asked me to schedule separate appointments for my other concerns. This means I would need to return on multiple days and wait in a 1.5 hour queue each time for each issue. It's not even the wait time that bothers me it’s the fact that the doctor couldn’t address all my concerns in one visit. Instead, they expect me to come back multiple times for something that could’ve been handled in one go. This approach is probably why the wait times are so long in the first place. It feels like a blatant disregard of my time.
