First time visiting this shop and it was well worth it. My barber was Lauren, she is very professional and knowledgeable person, and did a wonderful job. If you're looking for a new barber and reading barber shop reviews, I highly recommend giving this place a try.
Amazing experience the environment was very clean and quiet the customer service was great and my son's haircut was top of the line 10/10 couldn't ask for more.
Camille is the best! She's been doing an amazing job with my hair for almost a decade, and both my wife and I drive 35 minutes just to have her cut our hair. Thanks Camille!
Camille, Jamal, and Lauren are fantastic. Have been getting my hair cut since they opened in 2019. I travel from far and would not got anywhere else. Great fades, up-to date on modern trends, always on time, easy to book online, efficient and good conversation. Very professional.
My husbands been going to One Touch for 3 years now, Jamal, Cam, Lauren and Ty are always going above and beyond for their customers, very much a family vibe here, customer service is top notch.
Paid my first visit to a barber shop ever since I landed in Canada 11 years ago. I've been buzzing my head myself all this time and had no idea what a barber shop experience would be like. It turned out very cool. I had a bad head shape and serious scalp issues so I was actually pretty nervous, but Ty was so nice and gave me the best look I ever had in my life! I was so happy and tipped a lot XD. I'll definitely book with Ty again in the future but will probably fall back to normal tipping, just to be more sustainable lol.
So grateful for Jamal's patience with my 3 year old son. Really great energy, skill and professionalism at this Barber shop. Will be back and thank you again :)
