I had a great experience when I went there to fix my laptop because I forgot my laptop password, and it was fixed in just 10-15 minutes. I bought for refurbished laptops about a year ago for a donation program in my country all of them are working well. I had a water spill on my laptop I want to Mr Ravi, he showed the burnt parts. I was so desperate to get a laptop for some urgent work and worried about the data in my laptop. He provided a Linova ThinkPad with same specs also transferred the RAM and SSD. I am so happy.
