So happy I found this place! My son needed a new laptop for college and I didn’t want to spend 1000+. I did some research and found out that these laptops come off leases from corporations. The prices are great for refurbished name brands. I purchased a Lenovo ThinkPad with one gigabyte of storage for 600 bucks tax included. It also includes a one year warranty. The owners were super nice and very helpful. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for an alternative to buying brand new.
I purchased a refurbished laptop in Oct 2023, and in Dec 2023 a portion of the laptop ceased to work, after some basic "try this" unsuccessfully working, they sent me another laptop. Their service was impeccable, and I would highly recommend this company for your next laptop purchase. They will be getting all of my business in the future.

? I bought a Fujitsu Lifebook E746 from Laptop Closeout. I received it very quickly in a very nice and secure packaging. The price is very good for such an item and their support team are fantastic: they never leave you alone They are my next choice for refurbished and used laptops. I highly recommend them
I had purchased a HP stream laptop from Laptop Closeout and it came in quickly and well packaged. The laptop had a nice look and feel and did the basic things right. But I had to return the laptop as I was looking for a better performing laptop than the HP stream. The return process was simple and I received the refund on the same day that the laptop was returned. I would definitely recommend this store and am rating them five stars for their excellent customer service. My only suggestion here is to provide the customer the option to print the return label . I was provided with a UPS return service wherein the UPS driver had to come in and pick the unit. They did not come to pick the package and I had to call them several times and explain that I had no return label and that the UPS driver was supposed to bring it when coming in to pick the item. I finally had to fill in a waybill to return the item.
