Look at this: This is the worst dry cleaning experience I have ever experienced in my life of dealing with dry cleaners.. I had brought my jacket here on the date of Wednesday, November 5th, 2025. My jacket wasn’t in perfect condition but was thoroughly examined before I had brought it in. Upon arrival I had taken it out of its original bag and watched the clerk place it on the counter to examine it themselves. I then received a pink ticket that only had a price, the item number and nothing else written on it. I was told to pick it up next week. My jacket was barely worn to begin with but over time the elbows had shown to be a tad bit dark because of me resting them while driving. That was mainly why I had brought it here.. a week had gone by and it was time to receive my jacket.. there was a couple in front of me that was checking their stuff in but the clerk had put them to the side to ask me to check out and take the coat. I then gave her the pink slip from the week prior and had asked to put my jacket back onto its original hanger so that I can then put it in it’s protective bag to bring back home.. within an hour I got home and had taken out my jacket to have a look at it thoroughly, excited to wear it for the winter.. after examining the coat I had noticed a rip underneath the fur on the actual fabric of my jacket in the same day and therefore had brought it back here immediately.. As I walked through the door, the lady who runs the organization had asked me what’s wrong.. I proceeded to show her the tear and she had begun to tell me that my jacket was ripped prior to me bringing it to them and that it was old and etc, when I fully watched her colleague that had received my jacket examine it, before she had taken it.. I begun to stress the fact that this jacket is not cheap and that I had brought it here in decent condition. She kept trying to say that this situation happened before when in fact I know and the lady who received the jacket knows, it was not like that when I brought it in. I asked her to see the other lady to let her agree that she didn’t receive my jacket with this rip but the owner had ran to the back and started to speak for her. Also lying and saying that another lady who wasn’t there received my jacket when the lady was standing right there who she was speaking for.. we were going back and forth for about 20 minutes with no solution.. as we hit the 20 minute mark of back and forth arguing a separate couple had walked in and she then started to remove my jacket and rush me out of the store saying that she is not the one that deals with the dry cleaning and that she will talk to them on the following Monday. I also had asked her for my pink receipt to prove that there was not a defect on the carbon paper that was ripped off the pad she owns and she told me she had ripped it up and threw it out…. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing.. anyways she called me this Monday to tell me that the “cleaners” also said that they had nothing to do with the damage(of course). Moral of the story is that I will never do business with this place again and the people who work here are sketchy. I don’t recommend you getting an expensive jacket or coat dry cleaned here.
Did not actually get dry cleaning done, but requires around 3-5 business days to have it all done. Instead got advice on how to deal with my short term predicament. Appreciate that they didn't just take the money from me and they set the correct expectations.
Been taking my clothes, especially pants for alterations, to Way's for years. Always consistent and amazing results. Also, she does repairs and special alterations!
Been going here for probably 10+ years. Sadly I moved away two years ago and live further East so I stopped going here. I recently moved back to the area for about a month and I just went online to see what time they closed and noticed they had previous reviews so I wanted to add my 2 cents. Great customer service and best price in the city. They only take cash hence why their prices as so good
I have been going to this establishment for over a year now and love everything about the place. I have gone to get my winter coats, dress shirts, and pants dry cleaned, even some alterations done to them. I have never had a problem with the services provided, also there has been no issue with my garments being damaged. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work when alterations are done to my clothes. I always let my friends know that my clothes fit well due to the alterations done at this place. Customer service is top notch as well. As soon as I come in I am greeted with a smile and a greeting. I like how if certain alterations can be done faster if your particular garment needs to be ready urgently for an event. I have moved from the area where they are located, but still go back to this dry cleaner because of how well and fast they work. I will continue to trust this establishment and know that my clothes is in good hands.
