I ordered from here on May 8th for Mother's Day. I didn’t hear back, even after leaving a voicemail and sending multiple follow-up emails. The owner eventually replied saying they were on vacation, but there was no notice of that when I placed the order. I kept trying to confirm when I could pick it up and got slow replies. It wasn’t picked up until May 23rd, almost two weeks later at a neighbour store. By then, Mother’s Day had passed and the gift was late. The plant was fine, but the lack of communication and delay made the whole experience frustrating. It felt like I had to chase them just to get what I paid for.
Took my mom to Plantit and she had so much fun and loved learning about how to take care of succulents thanks so much for the owner’s patience and expertise !
Cute Shop is amazing for plants and the owner is very nice and helpful . It best shop for plants and cute ones and they have wide variety of options apart from the plants also have workshop pretty cool!! And amazing

Throughout our communication, the staff answered my questions patiently, provided me with different options, and accommodated my requests. To our surprise, she managed to make and deliver the succulent plant arrangement on that same day! Thank you so much. I ordered the Myrtillocactus geometrizans from Kit to surprise my dear friend as this has been on her wish list for a long time and is difficult to find locally. Kit was so lovely to work with and not only wrapped the cactus beautifully with heat packs, but also timed the shipment perfectly so it didn't have to travel in cold weather. The plant itself is super healthy and vibrant! 10/10 will definitely place an order again next time I'm shopping for any sort of cactus and am happily recommending the shop to all my plant loving friends!
I live in downtown but I went all the way down to Markham to buy her plants because it is rare and it is too cute. The owner is very nice and I really like themmm
My girl friends and I had a lot of fun making and crafting our own terrariums during the workshop! There were lots of supplies and figurines provided to make our own custom designs, and the owner did a great job leading our workshop and teaching us about succulents and cacti!
