Really great spot. Stopped in today to get a small plant and left with a whole load of stuff. It's a great spot to tour with a coffee. Infinite Santa is great. Dan was a huge help and really great at walking through the items. Kudos to Dan.
Had worst experience of my life when I went to return the dead rose plant which was covered under warranty. The lady at the counter could not process the return because I arrived in May. The manager with the long beard refused to accept the return as in his system the rose already showed as return. This was not the case. The lady at the counter finally figure out what the issue was and they were then able to process the return. He told me how inconvenient it was for him and if it was any other day I would have been holding a line up. He was clearly bullying me and was extremely rude. The only reason I have ever purchased from Sheridan is because of their warranty but not that they have such rude people and bully's who don't want customers returning. I will not be going back ever. Even though it was my error I went in May instead of June, they could have asked me to come back instead of insulting me.
Absolutely LOVE Sheridan Nurseries. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Best place for all of your indoor and outdoor plants, trees, shrubs, soil, mulch etc.
Great place. Honor customers and warranties. I went to Lakeside Garden Centre on Heartlake and kicking myself for not sticking with this place. Don’t feel discriminated against, feel welcomed and they care about their customers! Trust me this location is great!
Great staff and service. My wife and I always wait till their fall sale to get amazing discounts. Makes for a lot of work for fall planting but the savings is amazing. Shop local
I got the purple rose that I was looking for but if you look at the plant all the mother stem is cut and only small stems with leaves.I am thinking of returning , very disappointed. Didn't expect from a big nursery like this
Why is your online inventory always wrong? What kind of system do you have in place that does not remove items when they are out of stock. I’ve wasted countless hours going to get plants that the site say are in stock but are not.
