I've been to numerous F45 gyms and this is the best one! All staff and trainers are organized, transparent, and supportive. Place is always clean and they have created an excellent environment to workout in. Excited to have joined a few months back and look forward to continuing to make progress here!
I have been a member of F45 for several months now, and I have been to multiple locations, but I can definitely say that this location is one of the best. The instructors here are absolutely phenomenal. Their expertise, dedication, and enthusiasm are unparalleled. They genuinely care about the well-being and progress of each and every member. There is a strong sense of community here, with everyone supporting and encouraging each other throughout their fitness journeys. This location is also very clean compared to the other locations I have been to. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a transformative fitness experience.
This is honestly an incredible workout studio in a very convenient location! The studio owners and trainers are super enthusiastic! Very helpful and pumped!! They provide alot of support on your mental and physical health! I was super shy walking into their location, but quickly they made me feel super welcomed!
Best. Gym. Ever. But more than just a gym. Really supportive and encouraging community. All of the trainers are amazing. Fun, but focused on our form and progress. If you are in the Markham area and have been considering this gym, do it!!

I have been working out for over 10 years, tried different gyms, different workouts, personal trainers but nothing has helped me achieve my goals- the fitness, strength, posture correction and the feeling of belongingness, the way my studio at F45 Markham has.. the workouts are quick, effective, and guided; and you are sure to have the love-hate relationship with the trainers who are great at what they do..
What an amazing workout!! The classes are easy to follow and the trainers are amazing! They spend time correcting your form and they're super motivational! Would definitely recommend!
If you're looking for motivation, a welcoming atmosphere with great coaching then I would highly recommend F45 Markham. I never leave F45 not drenched in sweat. There's a good balance of cardio and resistance workouts to suit your fitness goals. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly and there to set you on the right path.
