Loved my experience at Bita Hair Salon! Forough was super professional and gave me exactly the haircut I wanted. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
I went in a few days ago just to clean up my eyebrows, but unfortunately, a big part of my brow was removed by mistake. When I pointed it out, I was told that nothing was wrong. I’m very disappointed with how it was handled. Mistakes can happen, but denying it and making the client feel like it’s not valid is unacceptable. I’m truly sorry to say this, but I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
I asked for something simple and she gave me a whole different thing it came out to $70 for just a simple little touch. Plus the lady was very rough on my hair and very strict about it and was keep pulling it.
I was told the price would be between $30 and $35 for a simple blow dry depending on length of hair. I was charged $45 plus tax. Very expensive. Hair is shoulder length. Not honest.
I asked for a male cut without wash because my hairstyle is quite straightforward. This cut would normally take no longer than 40 minutes to finish, but the stylist continued to circle around for over an hour, making minuscule cuts and snips. I reached a point where I thought they were just passing the time. After everything was done, I received a bill that was roughly $10 more expensive than the salon next door. I will not go again..
Bita salon has a wonderful staff.It is very clean and their employees are very kind and polite.One of them spent a lot of time for me and she did her best.Thank you.God bless you?
It is now for years I am going to Saloon Bita for haircut. They are kind, respectful and professional. I have never gone to any other salon in these years and am very satisfied with them.
