Insurance agent was friendly polite and down to earth no pressure at all. But wasn't able to find me as good of price as what we have had. If they can get me a better deal I would definitely work with all State.
After calling many brokers with no success to find insurance for my 1982 Vanagon, I called Allstate and was luckily put in touch with Nicole who was SO helpful. She got me on the road in time for the long weekend and called back the next week to follow up and fix something that had made my insurance more expensive then it should be. VERY positive experience dealing with her!!
Wish I could give it 0 stars because this is what this dump deserves!. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!... YOU CALL AND THEY LEAVE YOU ON HOLD THEN HANG UP ON YOU!.... YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Cancelled.. Specifically went into the agency to ask broker to change mailing address for refund check of 300$.. after being assured it would mail to the right address.. it turns out he did not do so and only left a memo. Called in and left a message, never was given a call back and had to call back 4 days later. Was suppose to recieve check within 3 weeks cancelling on april 21st.. still waiting. Probably the most frustrating insurance situation Ive ever had the unfortunate time of dealing with. They are okay when you have a policy with them. After that dont even bother.
Had an excellent experience dealing with Hassan. Usually hate dealing with insurance but Hassan and his fellow agents kept everything easy and simple! Would highly recommend this agency if you're looking for insurance.
