Terrible experience. They keep dodging calls and everytime i ask for an explanation on my policy premium breakdown they refer to my broker who told me straight up that she hadnt heard a thing back from them. All in all they hang you out to dry and try ti screw you over and over
15plus years of making payments to these criminals and few claims completely out of my control and i was made to feel like I was responsible for a theft of a vehicle, was under valued on a payout and kicked off of coverage. The insurance racket in Ontario is a joke and hardworking people are the ones who lose.
My husband was never sent a email and no one called him to let him know that his insurance went up because of a company he has financing from so paying almost 700 a month for the car and insurance is retarded might as well go look online for a used car from someone else the insurance will be cheaper .I know my husband will flip out when he see's the paper work i got in the mail for him from the insurance company i do not blame him one bit this is highway robbery is what these company's are doing .They are lucky they even got 1 star because if i could have i would not even have given them that now the bank account will be dinged and we will own them and the insurance company we can not afford what the bank will charge us for that THANK'S PEMBRIDGE INSURANCE FOR ALL THIS NO CALL NO EMAIL TO TELL MY HUSBAND HIS INSURANCE IS GOING UP WHAT A RIPP OFF .I HOPE YOUR HAPPY BECAUSE YOU WILL BE DINGING THE BANK ACCOUNT AND MAKING US PAY THEM BECAUSE OUR MONEY GO'S IN ONLY AFTER YOU DING US SO THE BANK WILL TAKE IUTT OUT RIGHT AWAY FOR WHAT YOU DID AND THEN YOU TAKE OUT WHAT IS FOR THE INSURANCE YOU ALL MAKE ME SICK.MY HUSBAND WILL SEE HOW YOUR RIPPING HIM OFF AND WILL BE CALLIN G THE HEAD BOSS MARK MY WORDS ON THAT I WANT TO VOMIT JUST THINKING ABOUT IT ON HOW YOUR COMPANY CAN BE SO EVIL AND RIPP PEOPLE OFF
I am genuinely surprised at the negative reviews for Pembridge (All State). Had an accident and they took care of everything. Didn't realize I had accident forgiveness so that came in handy in not raising my premiums. They even supplied a free rental car which was a bonus. Shop took 2 weeks but I survived. My adjustor, Denika, was brilliant.
Honestly, there should be an option to give a company who deserves it a zero star rating. I am utterly disgusted by the service I experienced from Claim Advisor, JOANNE TABA. I advise anyone who gets her as their advisor to switch immediately or youre going to be dealing with a lot of unnecessary stress by her lack of work experience, knowledge, common sense, professionalism, and compassion to the situation. This person would never respond to my phone calls; was always on mini vacations; would break promises; never completed her task on time and so forth. Only reason why my claim ended the way it did is because of her lack of professionalism and care. On top of this, I requested my insurance to be cancelled 4 times! And they still withdrew money out of my account when I had no vehicle due to an accident. The whole experience was a complete mess, and I would always deal with a problem after another. What was more mind boggling was their excuses but I dont want to get into that right now lol. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET INSURANCE FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY!
