Worst insurance!!! I called twice to cancel all my policies but they still keep on sending letter for payment of the policies! And then send them letter to send me letter of confirmation for the cancellation! But still, they keep on sending for me to pay the whole quarter, the whole year. And I called them again and the (guy)customer service is mean, rude, ready to fight me and hung up on me!!! Its a mistake to be with them for 1 year!!! Dont make a mistake in buying a policy to this worst insurance company! They only want your money!!! I just press 1 star coz it wont let me do my review!!!
My call was hung up on 3 times in a row by the main receptionist line when I called in. You could clearly hear someone pick up the phone and then hang up the phone. Just wanted to make you aware of this.
Huge rip off. I had an accident policy that wouldn't cover an accident that caused thousands of dollars in damage.
I have found they are poorly managed and just behind the time in service.
