Totally disappointed me with bad service. We will never come back. When we asked for the price during the phone call, the staff told us it’s $20 after tax. At the end, they charged us $25 after tax. Ok, it’s fine, it maybe some misunderstanding. When ordering the drinks, they forgot our order totally until we remind them after more than half an hour. To be honest, the taste of the drinks is terrible, particularly the honey lemon. Also, when my friend met the staff at washroom, he saw that the staff didn’t wash hands after toilet…. Ok, everything mentioned above is also fine. The most unacceptable thing is…they asked us to leave immediately before the said end time with an unfriendly face. We paid for the happy hour time, it should be until 8pm as said but the staff requested us to leave at 7:54pm. When we were leaving the room at 7:59pm and met the staff, the staff is really unfriendly to us! Never return, BYE~
I was referred to this place by ET KTV, will never returned since then. Pay attention to the bill; they charged us double. The touch screen of the system is a bit difficult to sense, and the system is always laggy, requiring us to wait. The drinks are terrible. However, the male staff members are helpful and friendly. I believe they may be the managers or bosses.
Our order foods were burned, the waiter’s attitude, who wore a light green hoodie and the brand Under Armour, was terribly impolite and THEY HAVE BEEN CHEATING CUSTOMERS FOR PAYING EXTRA TIPS!!!!! They charge you service fee and tips without telling customers at their special events HAPPY HOURS, and they still give you tips options on their machines if you don’t take a look carefully they charge you extra money for the tips. By the way, they gave wrong orders many times!!!!
We spent around $250 and they bill us for almost $400 without letting us know the Tips and Service fees were already included. We requested the bill and ask them why they don't let us know and tried to push us to give them more tips, the guy who worked there just want us pay asap and pretended he had told us about the service fee.
The song picking system is hard to use. It's a tablet on the wall with a poor touchscreen that is very laggy. There is an english section but the menu is in Chinese so it's hard to find it at first, especially due to the aforementioned touchscreen issues. The search function is also not great. Note: There is an option to scan a QR code so you can use your phone to queue up songs but it didn't work for me. Probably need to be connected to their network. Unfortunately rating 3 stars due to the above frustration which is a deal breaker. Pity as the vibe and service were good.
Lets begin with the critical critiques: The karaoke machine is CHINESE, requested to be changed to english but not such option. The music is older music even the english titles anything below 2015.... Pretty sure no one comes to a karoke place to experience outdated songs...... Pros: Room is nice, no tears or damage to furniture. * There is a special surcharge 15% which i would assume is the tip plus the tax.. 13% tax + 15% Not much to say but experience was Meh
Happy hour is cheap however, they charged us 28% of so called "taxes and services" and indicated the 28% does not include the tips. When we asked the server what is the 15% on top of the 13% tax, we were told that the 15% is the service fee charged by the KTV but is not going to be distributed to the server. Does the KTV have the right to charge customer the additional 15%?
