Awfully predatory place. I called for their pricing and they quoted me $40/hr for a room for two. No problem, we arrive five minutes later to do an hour of karaoke and are lead into our room. At the one hour mark, someone opens our door and waves to us so we assume our time is up. We go to pay and the person at the front counter tells us there is a 3 hour minimum. I told him we were NOT informed of this and he tells me the “owner” explained that to me on the phone. I told him he definitely didn’t, to which my friend agreed (had the call on speaker when I inquired about pricing). They argued with me until I put my foot down and told them I am paying for the hour of karaoke we did. Not to mention the drunkard who tried to offer my underaged friend drinks which the employees laughed at. Avoid this place to save both your money and safety.
We went to Vocal KTV to celebrate with our guests after our wedding and we are so glad we went here! The staff were so kind and welcoming, accommodating to our needs, and very attentive. There were awesome infinity mirrors for fun pictures and the music selection was great! Would highly recommend for a fun time.
Wonderful atmosphere and an amazing experience! We definitely enjoyed our night as a group of 6. We had booked 9pm to 3am. Since there was a minimum fixed cost of $450, we ordered booze and snacks quite frequently and I guess we didn’t even spend past the minimum. Will absolutely go back!
I was pregnant and didn’t order any alcohol and was just sitting enjoying my time and one of the servers just brought me hot water lemon and honey without asking ??? Thank you ?
We were told the room cost $80/hour but after finishing our 2 hour karaoke session we were charged 204 dollars and were told repeatedly that there was no tips included despite no service being provided.
One of the most interesting place that I have ever been with a lot of drink karaoke staff are very kindly, especially the manager, Mr. Chris Chi They are very professional and they’re going to treat you like you’re home. You’re not a stranger there when you go there you are one of them believe me give it a shot you won’t regret it.
Warning - Double Tipping - Don't Come here If you unfortunately end up at this location; read your bill VERY carefully. As other reviews already indicate; your bill includes gratuity (AKA Tips) of 15% already. YET, at the bottom they will indicate you need to pay ADDITIONAL tips (10%/15%/20%) because their owner does not give them the already paid tips. This is clear violation of ESA Ontario... and a devastating negative experience to consumers. I will never set foot in here again. Anyway in conclusion; don't come here if you want to be scammed.
