Very poor service by the girl name Emma, full of attitude needs more training she doesn’t know massage or deep pressure. Finished the massage in 20 minutes when i refused to do other service which was way to high. Definitely not going back in future and also stop my frnds going there. After 20 minutes plz pay the mandatory tip for what.
My husband and I called to inquire about a massage. They quoted $60 for 45 minutes, which seemed fair at first, but then they mentioned a mandatory $10 minimum tip. I explained that we usually tip based on the quality of the service, but they insisted on the minimum tip no matter what. No other massage place we’ve been to has ever added this kind of requirement. They also don’t accept insurance, which adds to how sketchy the whole place feels. We decided not to book and won’t be considering this place in the future.
One of the cleanest spas with spacious rooms. The girls are friendly and many can do a strong RMT style massage. Very well managed and one of most established spas in Markham. A repeat place for me.
I've been to this place many times and I've never had a bad experience.... except for one of my most recent visits. Cherry, was her name, and she was just very Un-Enthusiastic. Had a smile for about 2 seconds, and then just did massage like it was a chore. And when I gave some input she ignored and kept doing the same thing. So honestly she needs to go..... probably the only time I've wasted money here. However literally from what I've seen anyone else is fantastic and would highly recommend. Great massage and they all know what they are doing!! Not Cherry, please stay away from that girl. ****EDIT**** So this place is actually amazing as i stick to the original people and as I usually go a lot they treat you very well!
I went consistently for a good month but haven’t lately , but I’m definitely going to go back soon. They’re so nice there , friendly, and so comforting!! I never felt uncomfortable.
They are not good. Staff is greedy for tips. I visited this place many times in the past and everytime I'd used my insurance for massage. Last week I visited them. They should have informed me before the massage that they've stopped taking insurance and customer has to pay from their pocket. When everything was done and I went to the counter, the lady said it's $60. I was like okay but I will use my insurance. She said they don't take insurance anymore. Worst customer experience ever. Not gonna visit this place again
Great massage, reasonable prices and friendly service keeps me coming back. No shower in the rooms, but there are showers and a sauna in the basement. Clean facilities.
