I found this little gem after recommendations from friends to schedule an appointment with Susan. I booked my first appointment with Susan, and my goodness, I found my forever therapist. Absolutely amazing work ethic and professionalism. I never felt more relaxed. She took the time to discuss and diagnose my back and leg issues. A therapist that not only took the time to listen to my concerns, but also how they would address these concerns as part of their treatment plan. If strongly recommend Susan at this location.
Susan was phenomenal. She was able to work out my knots and I felt overall refreshed immediately after my massage. Will definitely be returning back. Thank you, Susan!
I’ve been to Wing and Spa (located at Markham & Highway 7) several times, and every visit has been amazing ? especially this last three sessions!! I was having really bad back pain, and their RMT, Tina, was absolutely incredible. Even though she doesn’t speak English fluently, she used Google Translate to communicate with me clearly ! and her massage skills were outstanding. Every single minute was worth it! Also want to mention Lucy at the front desk — she was very friendly and helpful. She patiently answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable. If you haven’t tried this place yet, you must give it a shot. It’s one of the best spots in the area, both for service and results. Highly recommended!
Far and away the worse massage experiences I had in life. I've gone 5 times before deciding to leave a review. Every single person left me in worse condition than when I went in. Hopefully a new owner comes along.
The location is really convenient for those who live in Markham, I actually didn't even know they had their own parking. The actual spa/clinic is located in the basement, the only unfortunate part is that the place gets pretty cold in winter times. Having said that, your bed can be heated and the room's temperature can be adjusted. My RMT was informative and explained which of muscles were too tight and etc.
Took my partner here for a surprise treat because he puts his body through so much at work (tradesman). Now I've taken him to another spot which was a bad experience for him... I knew he would be reluctant to go again because of past experience. I was quite delighted to hear after his session that it went very well. He felt so relaxed and relieved aches and pains. I'm so glad it was a good experience. He will be going back. Thank you Jennifer.
