I booked a couples Zen Revival package and we had a relaxing time! Susu and Jian were both amazing and provided an excellent massage. The staff were all very friendly and the spa was kept exceptionally clean. I will definitely come back!
Experience is Great but Forced tip put me off. I am happy to give tips and have been pretty generous about it. However Tips are not forced and it never should.
You are verbally made aware that a 15% tip (that can be adjusted) is part of the bill. I personally did not like this. I've been to other spa's for RMT where the tip is not a conversation upon checking out. It makes things awkward. My suggestion would be to give customers the bill without 15% tip included and let them decide if and how much they want to tip instead of having the front-desk staff aggressively force a conversation about it. This ruined the positive experience I had with the RMT and will be going elsewhere in the future.

Second time visiting. And I just realized I was forced on 15% tip as well for the past two times. And I thought usually drinking warm tea or warm water is better after massage. I was confused why they offered room temperature/ cold green tea. Massage was good but I am not sure if I would be back. If I did, I would make sure I wouldn’t be forced to tip in advance.
This is my go-to place for massages in Markham. So clean and well-run, with a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Summer is the best massage therapist ever.
