I’ve had a great experience with Unionville Diagnostic over the years, and their recent service reminded me to finally write this review. I received timely reminders for my ultrasound appointment, and the front desk even called to offer an earlier time to minimize my fasting wait. They gave clear prep instructions when I called in, and the ultrasound technician (Adriana?) was both skilled and caring, making the procedure as smooth and comfortable as possible. She even arranged extra time when needed. Their professionalism and care are truly appreciated. Highly recommend this clinic for its outstanding service!
This was not the first time I had undergone a procedure to check for breast cancer, and everything was tolerable. I was tested for breast cancer today and it was a terrible procedure! The first time I did it was at Unionville Diagnostic Images. The woman who did this was simply unqualified. She carried out the diagnosis several times with the same breast in the same position. She couldn't do anything. And she repeated (pressed on the same breast twice!!!). It seems like she's doing this for the first or second time! The pain was terrible! If you can't do it well or don't have enough experience, don't do it!!! . But no one allowed her to mock women!!. She put so much pressure on her that cancer would appear soon. I almost died from pain! . I have just returned home. I just couldn’t breathe from the pain, my face was swollen, and my left breast still hurt! My lower abdomen hurt too!! I will never take this breast cancer test again in my life. Such pain cannot be tolerated!!!!
If I could give them zero stars, I would. We called earlier in the day to find out if it's okay for us to walk in. We were told specifically to come in by 4:00 p.m. and it would be all right since the closing time was five. We did as we were told, showed up before 4 and they refused to see me anyway because there were too many patients. I dragged myself on crutches all the way from home and through the unnecessarily winding hallways to this centre on the second floor based on the instructions from the centre. As much as I understand that patient influx can happen, there has to be a better way than to send away people who can't walk without providing the healthcare service the center is supposed to.
The technician who did the breast ultrasound today was rude. After the ultrasound was done, i used the paper to clean up the gel that was put on my body when she did the ultrasound. I did it quick and some were not cleaned completely. Then she said "Clean it up, man!" in a very impatient and annoyed way. She was an Indian female technician who did the the ultrasound at around 8:40am Dec 21 2022 for me today. This attitude is not acceptable and not professional.
Had an appointment, showed up early but couldn't find CML signs anywhere. They are under different management but don't tell you that before. Website, or Google page aren't updated either. Look for Unionville Imaging. The tech was great and professional. Thanks!
I had a great experience at Unionville Diagnostic Imaging yesterday, all the staffs that I met including the technicians and front desk ladies were very professional, friendly and efficient. Wait time was good too. Thank you Edith and Angela, you have great customer service skills and have been very helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.
