The chairs are really good quality, and there are lots of styles to choose from. The delivery was quick, and the service was good. I'm very happy with it!
They dont accept return.when they delivered and installed the desk I found some scrachtes on it.asked the installer to fix it and said it is normal and we do nothing for it.I was told to get a marker and fix the scraches!!!!! Low quality.
I bought a 4 drawer filling cabinet and it's the worst thing I ever bought. The sales person is reluctant to tell you that you have assemble it your self. Basically telling you anything to sell the product. When I found out that I had to assemble it myself, she said that I just follow the instructions which didn't say much. I am a handy person so I thought how hard can it be. Well putting it together was the most worst experience. Chinese products have gotten to be the worst product out there! As you can see by the pictures it's the worst quality. Which when you try to move it, it will bend and dent. Never purchase anything from this store and they are not helpful at all....... I had to go to home depot to purchase the right screws to make it work.
The sectionals is not all cow real leather. They done advertise that in the material description and don't tell you that at purchase. When the fake leather began to strips off, they admitted that its not all real leather. However, they ignored my calls, hang-up on me and emailed that its normal wear and tear- while the areas made of real leather is like new. Please see the pictures. Don't waste your money. You can find the same thing else where for way less.
I went there for my new office furniture. Salesman is very professional and advised me some excellent ideas on choosing and arranging. The store covers wide range of office furniture which offers me more choice. The fourth day after my order, they came and installed all furniture fast and quiet. GOOD!
Came into this place looking for a good chair and desk for school and it was an excellent experience. We were helped immediately, we gave them a budget and without the least bit of pushiness their office agent showed us some great chairs and we got one for a reasonable price. Following that we picked up a veneer workstation for head office manager and he love that so much. I highly recommend coming here, although it is little pricey, the conditions and numbers of selection are really worth for that price in the store.
