Chuck is really helpful. I had an issue with the elbow pads on my chair and Chuck went out of his way to help me. It's nice to see that great customer service still exists.
I recently purchased a used 2-drawer lateral filing cabinet from UNRC. The price was excellent and so was the delivery. Chuck was so easy to work with and his used cabinets look brand-new at half the cost! The delivery crew were very respectful of my home when delivering the filing cabinet and setting it up in my main floor office. I am often skeptical when I see businesses with almost 5 star ratings. I've been shopping around for an office chair and popped by on a whim and wow do I now understand why. Great service, price and selection. Bought a chair and couldn't be happier. Fyi if you're looking for Steelcase or other major brands they have them here for a fraction of the website price.
Five years ago, I purchased two Steelcase Leap (V2) chairs from UNRC for my home office. They worked well until recently, when the height adjustment failed on one of them. The store warranty had ended a couple of years ago, so I called expecting to pay for a repair. Chuck told me to bring in the chair so he could have a look. To my surprise, not only did he fix it while I waited (less than 10 minutes) but he also didn’t charge me for the replacement part. I’m pleasantly surprised that UNRC went above and beyond to provide this level of service. They had no obligation to fix the chair gratis but they did it anyway. Thank you, Chuck!
Today I purchased a steelcase leap, I'm so satisfied of my purchase cause it's very clean one and it comes with 3 years warranty. Customer service is perfect too.
We purchased office furniture from Arbe at UNRC back in 2019. One of the desk's stationery tray arm is broken recently. We bought back the broken arm to the store for replacement. Chuck is very professional in helping us. Even though he cannot find the exact piece of furniture we bought almost 5 years ago, he surprised us by finding another stationery tray that will work for the desk. Best is, he doesn't charge us for the replacement which we expect to pay for it. It's very hard in the retail space as of today to find such excellent service and professionalism that Chuck offers.
