I recently had a fantastic experience here, the only place that handles warranty repairs for my pre-owned Herman Miller Aeron. My chair needed a repair, and I was honestly dreading the process, but to my surprise, it was quick and painless. Everyone was incredibly understanding and efficient, ensuring my chair was fixed in no time, I was also recommended a great headrest and I can't wait to try it out!
Had a great experience here today. When we arrived they were out on delivery, but the salesperson, Kevin, left his number on the door and when called he informed us he'd be back in a few minutes and he was back in under 5. Kevin was extremely professional and very proficient in juggling 3 customers at the same time. Kudos for that! The modestly sized chair showroom is what you're first greeted with upon entering (I'm assuming there are other showrooms for desks and cubicles based on pictures). There's also a large TV on the wall with the news running if you have a patient partner like I did. Try before you buy. Kevin lead us to the chairs I was interested in and gave us a quick walkthrough on the functions. I was 90% sure I'd end up buying a Steelcase Leap v2 and I was very incorrect. You can try $100 chairs and $1500 chairs and they invite you to. I ended up buying a Herman Miller Mirra after Kevin showed me a feature that I didn't know existed, where I could tilt forward-- not a feature everyone will like, but that's the beauty of a showroom like this, there's something you'll love and YouTube/Reddit reviews can't tell you how your body will feel in a chair. Added bonus was after I made a decision I asked if this was the chair I take home and Kevin whipped into the back to pull out a new refurb/cleaned used that looked pristine. I tested the features and it was perfect and he informed me there's a 3 year warranty on it as well. Thank you Kevin and the Track Office team! I highly recommend them.
You will chair-rish what you get here. No seriously. They know chairs and will help you determine what's best for you. I was determined to purchase the Herman Miller Sayl, but ended up getting the Steelcase V2 after trying it out and having them demonstrate the product. Amazing office chair with a 3 year warranty. Would go back to check out more products and talk about mid-century and Japanese furniture.
I haven't bought a chair from them yet but tried the Steelcase leap v2 and loved it more than the Aeron (personal preference). Don't expect this place to be a staples with associates everywhere. It's more like a warehouse. I highly recommend you come in with an idea of what to look for and it'll make your experience much better than coming in blind. At first I was interested in the Aeron but then Ed recommended the Leap 2 due to my build. Loved it much more. He also took the time to go over each function of the chair and I learned a bit from him .. Although I haven't bought one yet, i feel confident in buying one here in the very near future. EDIT: Bought the Steelcase leap v2. Staff is very helpful , informative and extremely patient. They emphasize that you should be 100% comfortable with the chair before buying and they never rush you.
Amazing experience! Edward is awesome! He is very knowledgeable and gave us a detailed explanation of all the features of the chairs. Also made sure we had all the time to properly sit and try out different chairs. No pressure, relaxed environment. We bought two Steelcase leaps. Their inventory is very impressive! I will definitely come back for future furniture and servicing needs.
Bought a used Aeron (manufactured in 2006) here a year ago. Gas cylinder was worn out yesterday. I brought it back and had it replaced free of charge within 10 minutes under the 3 year warranty at Track office furniture. Good job guys
This place has tons of office chairs in great condition, reasonably priced too. Not to mention, Eddy was super fun to talk to, he used to live only 5 mins away from where I live (small world!).
