I just returned from Fitboxstudio’s Portugal Retreat! This was an amazing experience like no other. An experience every woman needs and deserves. This one week of mind, body and soul healing and nurturing has rejuvenated my soul. My mind is clear, my heart is at peace and my body feels invigorated. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up with the classes since there was both yoga and Pilates daily. Because we were such a small intimate group of women, not only did I do it, I did it comfortably and confidently! I was always assisted with modified versions when needed. Assisted with my poses and encouraged to do more than I actually thought I could. The food was incredible. We actually visited the local farm where Chef William purchased our produce daily. He’s an amazing chef. Fresh fruit juices daily along with a huge variety of tasty dishes. Dinner was at a different restaurant nightly so that we could experience all the amazing seafood and fish Portugal has to offer. We had different excursions daily. Yoga and meditation on a mountain overlooking the ocean, the shops, restaurants and hustle and bustle of Lisbon, the historic cities and sites. Our itinerary was full of unforgettable experiences, including creating our own art and an incredible Thai massage! I highly recommend this experience. I’ve come back a new woman, a reset in my own personal growth and life along with some very special new friends. Thank you, thank you thank, you Ligia and Fitboxstudio Studio.
My reformer training at Fitbox, Markham with Ligia, Kimberley, & Ali was nothing short of amazing. Their knowledge and expertise delivered a program that was informed, personable & thoughtful—blending anatomy, functional movement, philosophy & teaching in a way that was comprehensive and accessible. I loved it so much I signed up for another training♥️
I've taken a class with every instructor and they are all so welcoming & each class was excellent :) I especially enjoyed the springboard & trampoline classes! And the new barre class was great!
