I absolutely LOVE pilates with Lisa. She has the eyes of a hawk and is great at correcting posture and making sure you get the full benefit of a pilates workout. I feel so much stronger, I've noticed the positive changes in my body and always feel amazing after our workouts.
I love coming here. It's not only helped me improve physically but it's also helped me connect with my body and reach new confidence levels. The instructors are thorough, caring and I always leave feeling stronger, refreshed and standing taller.
waste of money. Owner who is also the only instructor drank coffee and was on her phone during our 'class' and left me on some crazy machine had not clue what i was doing and followed other people. had a sore neck for 3 days. i walked 20 minutes in the cold to find this place , terrible signage, terrible experience. was a big waste of my time and money. says there is yoga and barre but this place offers neither. terrible. just terrible.
