I absolutely love this Pilates studio. The instructors are professional, kind, and very attentive to proper form. The facilities are clean, modern, and well maintained, which makes every session comfortable and enjoyable. I’ve seen great improvements in my strength and posture. Highly recommend!

The coaches are so nice and professional.Adjusting everyone postures and encouraging us when there is any challenges. Also the environment is cozy and quiet so we can focus more on our different muscles.Highly recommended!!!!!❤️❤️❤️

I really enjoy the classes at Markham Pilate as they are class of 4 people so the instructor can really see if you are doing the moves correctly. All the instructors are very good and experience. I really enjoy taking classes here !

As someone with no Pilates experience, I loved that Markham Pilates offered a Beginner Package that would help you ease into their Group Sessions. Now, that I have done the group and private sessions, I have continued with the private ones because Jina will always push me to the very limit! Jina and the rest of the staff are very professional, and you can easily tell that they are passionate with what they do.~ All this has made me just want to continue with them!

Clean studio! It was a fun and hard workout - my legs were shaking afterwards, and am surprised how fast the session went by. Will definitely come again!
