Worst customer service! Went in - got a refund right away. Was so unprofessional!!! The place was unorganized - looks like a scene from Dexter. Would never recommend this Spa to anyone! If I could give no stars I would!!!!

Had a pretty good experience today - I dont usually go for massage but liked their technique. Enjoyed sauna as always.
This is a disgusting place- fashions themselves as a legitimate spa but is a trashy rub and tug parlour. They provide happy endings to male clients even if its not what they request and will harass clients by text after sessions to come back. STAY AWAY. Wish I could put zero stars.
Got a groupon for my birthday which included 30 minute massage and 60 minute use of the sauna room. The change room was quite private which I liked, the massage was decent. The sauna room, I was not a big fan of because I got bored easily but other than that it was neat, quiet and staff were professional.
