I checked Google for opening time for this place before driving 40 Kms to this place. It’s says 10AM. When I reached there it’s has notice in the door says open at 1.00Pm. What a frustration. Either they should update on Google or just remove their listing from Google. Should respect and value customer’s time.
The owner of the store was super helpful guiding me to what I should be aware of as a beginner to badminton, rackets and supplies. The lady was full of knowledge and gave me advice like strings, badminton ball variety of feathers, brands and grips. I enjoy my purchase and will return often in the future! support small businesses!
The customer service skills from the lady of the store is really bad: impatient and always thinks she knows it all, and looking down on people when she speaks. The cost of stringing is cheaper in a lot of other places.
was looking for badminton shoes size 7, what I was given was a pair of size 6.5 tennis shoes where the material was hard like rock which hurt both of my feet after 2 mins that I need to take them off and rest for at least half an hour before getting back to normal. I wasn't aware they are for tennis and the lady told me dont focus on what saids on the box as to what sports it's for, those hard material are for support (where obviously it's not for badminton where movements are fast and changes of direction are fast) rather, it prevents your movement and lead to hurting the feet, and also it's not the size I was asking for. The lady said I need to get use to it and it's my wrong posture that causes the pain (I've been playing badminton for over 20 years). The lady said since you've wear them for 2 min of the game, it's consider used so not fair for others and can't even exchange (it's the demo one I went home with not a new pair, so everyone had tried them on for at least 5 min, so it's consider new ), and told me I can either donate it or put them aside. very bad business attitude. Totally not recommended. I would have given zero star if google allows.
The shop owner is really nice and polite. The service is great and they have a really good stringing service. Overall great place and very nice store owner!
Overpriced: was looking to buy table tennis equipment and found that the price is doubled of MSRP. You can find the exact equipment for 50% less from online stores and other retail stores.
