Had a great experience here today, helped by Nadirsha (I think), who went so above and beyond to help. I was looking to try on a specific pair of boots, which they didn't have in stock, and the store was so busy during the Christmas sale rush but she made the time to look in the back and was thoughtful enough to pull a few options from the same brand so I could find my size, and then looked up which other locations had my specific boot and size, and called the nearest one to ask them to hold their last pair for me. In a time when most are online shopping, this felt really special and an A+ customer experience.
I don't shop often at all but this location has always provided me with exceptional customer service. I've came in a total of roughly 4 times in the past 5 years and always left with a great purchase and experience. Zachary was very patient, polite, attentive, and friendly. A manager I interacted with in the past was also the same (an Asian gentleman in his early 40s?) - it was very clear when he was teaching his new cashiers at the time. I don't think there's ever any reason for me to visit another location other than quantity of stocks.
I’ve always had positive customer service experiences at this location versus at the Stouffville location. The staff are really friendly and will actually try to find products you’re looking for vs simply taking a quick peek in the back. The store also has products in stock as it says online
Andre is simply outstanding. We’ve had the pleasure of meeting him twice, and he is very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us nothing but undivided attention the entire time, ultimately leading us to find the perfect tennis and badminton racquets. Thank you
I called in about some sunglasses. Ashton picked up. Amazing customer service skill, helped me for a very long time. As the product wasnt on the website but was in store. I called other stores also and they didnt even try to find the product for me properly. He had a look all on the sunglasses rack and found exactly what i needed and held them for me for when i picked them up. Highly recommend dealing with him. Thanks Ashton hope you see this. Lovely to meet you keep it up!
Don't try to fix your expensive bike here. After maintenance, my wheel kept leaking. I went there three times to fixed it. Every time the manager said that it's fixed and not because of his previous action and charged me and it is never fixed. I don't even get a chance to ride it since July the first maintenance. I'm so tired of going back. Just don't go!
