Love coming here for the Salmon Lover set! Excellent quality sushi for a reasonable price ($26). The people who work here are super lovely and always kindly greet you on the phone and during pickup.
Good quality of food. Warm and friendly service. We made the order online and the staff called me to pick up a little bit later because of the large order. Great to include veggie tray in the menu to serve the vegetarian sushi lovers. Will be perfect if there is Tamago or sweet corn sushi too!
Take out only small mom and pop store. Ordered the lunch and take out special but unfortunately found the food to be mediocre and not worth it. Surprised by all the good reviews. Salad was soggy and the sauce was overly sweet and sour, not well balanced. The salmon sushi was cut really thinly, and the colour is quite pale. The hand roll had no flavour. The sashimi is probably the best part, it tastes more fresh than the rest of the box. Parking is terrible, only a few spots in front of the store. Wouldn’t come again
Pretty dissappoint with what other peeps have provided given it yielded a very respectable 4.7⭐/5 review. I'm not one to give poor feedbacks however, the heavy batter mix in the tempura really dampened the appetite. The sushi rolls particularly the rice are overly soft and sticky with a lot of batter/tempura. The thickness of the batter compromises the taste of the actual tempura, it's not the light variety where you would expect from a normal Japanese eatery. The colour of the batter seem somewhat artificial, (see photo) but looks aside. It's rather heavy on the palette. Once dunked into soy sauce with wasabi, you would have something that's very starchy losing the flavour of the seafood fillings. Believe if they had substituted for lighter batter and fine-tuned the 'cook' on the rice the rolls would be more refreshing. Disappointed since had high expectations, but they really need to go easy on the batter frontto appreciate the full flavours of the ingredients of the rolls.
I liked how welcoming the hosts were. I picked up an order, it was already waiting for me when I got there. Great service. I got sushi. In my opinion, it could have been better :). I would definitely go back in the future still.
Best of the best!! Sushi here is super fresh, delicious and even beautiful! My neighbour recommended here! Since then, we cannot go to other places anymore!! We order their party trays whenever we need for our family gatherings and special occasions!!
