I brought my puppy to Dr. Augustin for a few months and the service was amazing. Dr. Augustin was the best vet I've met. He's very caring, professional, and tries to be as unbiased as possible. I had concerns about spaying my dog and Dr. Augustin was very kind and professional about it. He was very proactive and we would email each other with research studies that could help my decision. He was never pushy and always told me his opinion in a respectful manner. He's very ontop of his email and responses fast. You can tell that he's truly passionate about what he does and only wants to best for the animals. I unfortunately had to leave to another vet because I come from a more holistic perspective. Found a nice holistic vet, but if I could mix and match i would have Dr. Augustin as my holistic vet!
I would give them 6 stars if i can, this animal hospital is absolutely amazing. They are extremely friendly and kind to animals and hoomans, really care about my dogs' health and well-being, would pick up calls after hours, never pressured me into anything. I am so happy that I found this clinic.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this vet clinic. The staff were incredibly friendly, the environment clean, no additional services were pushed on me, and the service was fast. I was booked for an appointment easily within my availability and they took me in on time (and one time they were early). They treated me and my cat with kindness. The vet was very thorough, kind, and was patiently willing to answer my 50 questions. They gave me all of the information I needed to know to feel comfortable. The office even gave me several follow up calls to ensure my kitty was doing well. Thank you for making this experience amazing! I wish more vet offices were like you!
Dr. Augustin and Winnie are caring vets along with all the other employees I've interacted with. They are empathetic and care deeply about their patients and are very good at answering followup questions and responding back to any questions we may have outside/after a visit.Prices are reasonable for the area and excellent condition of the facility and amazing staff they have. They are good at explaining options for treatment and allow the owners to decide what to pursue or not without pressure. We've been taking our dog and cat(s) to them and very happy with level of care received.
