Super selection of quality products, many brands not so well-known that are more commonly used by naturopathic doctors. Even the shipping options are plentiful! The icing on the cake for me is the top-notch customer service. I am overall very impressed with Health Palace (and to further clarify that point, I happen to be a perfectionist).

Edit: I had received a call in some days, and received the parcel intact. Happy with the rest of the service but I believe there should be a better way to reach them, or lack of this should be explicitly explained/disclosed when ordering. ________________________________________________________ I am used to excellent service from Healthy Planet. This is the first time I tried Health Palace with very competitive pricing. But main reason is that they have an item in stock the other store did not. And I am disheartened so far with the lack of response or shipping update by 3 business days, and the phone line keeps saying someone is on another line and can't attend to me, and to leave a message or email. This experience itself deserves low service satisfaction. I feel even more worried after reading all the negative reviews. I am hopeful they will call me back or send the items intact and extremely soon. The meds are for a Cancer patient with sensitive intake time. If they were reachable, I would only order the one item from them and get the rest from somewhere else. Will try to update more on the experience

I’ll never order from here again! Estimated 2-4 business days for local delivery (Markham to Toronto). Took 8 business days and two phone calls to get updates. On both calls they said it would ship out by end of day. Frustrating experience.
