I’ve been to this store 5 times, but I’ve only been inside twice. The two times I went in, it was overall a good store and I bought some items. But literally the last 3 times I’ve been there, the door was locked with a ‘back in 30 mins’ sign. Once is understandable, but literally three times in a row over the course of a few weeks? Even on BLACK FRIDAY? LOL be serious now. Pro tip for the owner/staff: if you’re gonna constantly go on breaks, then at least make a sign that says what time you’re coming back. Nobody can tell from a ‘back in 30’ sign if it was put up 2 minutes ago or 28 minutes. Anyways, I’m not gonna waste my time coming back here. So good luck to y’all.
Went in on April 10. Was greeted by a tall Caucasian guy that gave excellent service. I asked him what Made in Canada options there were and he spent the time to explain all the options. Thanks for your great service, will definitely be back!
Waited over 30 days for my Black Friday order with no communication. Finally received the order and had 3 of the 4 products missing. I also didn’t receive a refund for the missing products. I had to call, email, and contact head office to get my order to be sent and they still messed it up.
This team is hands-down the best. They care about you and your goals. They will offer advice and cheer you on as you make your gains. And the promos are sick! 10000% recommend!
I just had the best experience with Brian. He was so informative and patient with all my questions. It was past closing time and he didn’t rush me out but was open too all my questions. I am very new to supplements of any kind and Brian explained things in a way I could understand and not feel overwhelmed. He was very knowledgeable with everything in the store. I am definitely coming back. Thank you Brian for being so awesome.
I live in Newmarket and I wait until I need to come to Markham in order to restock, which should speak volumes of what I think of this place. The staff is so friendly and beyond helpful. I highly recommend these guys. Much better experience here than Popeye's.
