I ordered 3 bottles of a supplement online from vitashop last Saturday. I had some difficulty placing the order. Unfortunately my e-transfer went through but the order didn't. I called on Monday and spoke to a clerk, Rebecca, who kindly and patiently spent a long time unravelling my dilemma. She calmly searched everything and rectified the problem. She didn't make me feel pressured or anxious. I will not hesitate to order from them again. Their customer service is second yo none.

I've been a customer of Vitashop for around ten years. They have a good selection and are always friendly. New Review September 8, 2025: After having been a customer for so long, I'm saddened to say I won't order anything more from VITAShop. They messed up my most recent order and then made me wait for a refund for an item I paid for, since it was listed as in stock on their website but then it suddenly wasn't. I also had to wait two weeks for the rest of my shipment, when the invoice shows it will take 1-5 business days. This is amateurish and I'll order from Healthy Planet instead.
