Fraudsters!!! and Liars!!! I was buying a bag today - Saturday 21st June, I was asked if anyone helped me and I said No which was accurate. Only for me to look at my receipt when I left the store to see that they fraudulently put a random sales associate’s name there as the person who helped me. I walked back into the store asking the cashier lady why she did that and she said the random sales associate asked her to. Essentially fraudulently inserting someone’s name when I explicitly said no one helped me. The manager showed up and instead of helping the situation was being defensive, lying and misrepresenting what I said. Honestly good help is hard to find!!! So fine folks don’t spend your money in the store, let them go out of business. Perhaps they will learn honesty and good manners when that happens.
We had a wonderful experience at Laura in Markville! The customer service was exceptional — Angela was both incredibly honest and helpful. She noticed a small stain on the dress Ithat we were interested in and immediately gave the option to order a new one or take the current one with a discount. We really appreciated the transparency and care. We ended up making the purchase and couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend this location for quality service and a great shopping experience!
I strongly suggest no one purchase anything online from Laura. I tried to return something to the Markville location and although the email clearly states "A gift card for the value of the purchased dress will be issued if a suitable exchange cannot be found" the staff at Markville refused to issue a gift card. I had to leave my $80 purchase with the tags still on it and walk out of the store with nothing. Unfair and shoddy business practise. I will never purchase anything from this organization again. STAY AWAY!
Cheaters. I bought a new seasonal item and when asked for the price adjustment during the Black Friday sale, they marked on my receipt “final sale” which is a lie because final sales doesn’t apply to the price adjustment, essentially when it was only 25% cheaper during the Black Friday sale. Not even 50 %. Went to a different branch for a store credit, they hesitated because it was written “final sales “ on my receipt. I shopped the item only a week ago. Terrible customer service. Would never rely and never shop at any Laura branch. Soooo cheap
Angela, the manager is extremely rude with her customers. When we were going to exchange an item, she was raising her voice at us refusing to give us a full refund and giving us half the money on store credit. Then another nice sales associates mentioned that I can use the score credit to buy soemthing else and Angela responded by saying “no I don’t think she’s going to buy anything”. Excuse me? First u raise your voice at your customer and then make decisions for me
The quality is still available but its concerning how they treat long time customers. They were rushing me out at 7:00pm. The mall is open until 9:00pm which means you should be open until 9:00pm!
I had a horrible experience trying to return Christmas presents . I know the tags were taken off by my husband , but no one told him to leave them on. I did get credit for them, but did loose 60$ as the gift card was not honoured . I found the sales associate should have told him not to take the tags off and a full refund she have been honoured.
