Extremely rude and distasteful customer service. Me and my sister walked in on a relatively quiet day with only one other person shopping at the store and was stared at and not greeted. I had seen an item of clothing in the display outside and was interested in buying it but after the rude display from what I presume to be the owner, I did not want to support this establishment. After the other shopper went to try on clothes we were still not greeted or asked if we needed any help. I wonder if it was because we were both visible Muslim women. Regardless horrible racist customer service.
Had a rather odd experience today. Came in with a friend because she liked the shirt displayed at the window. After a bit of walking around, we figured that the clothing was a little out of budget for us so we decided to come back another time. The clothing was nice and very good quality though. However, as my friend held the door for me as we left, she told me the receptionist gave her a weird look and a "what are you doing" hand gesture as she held the door. She was incredibly anxious afterwards and told me that she was afraid she had done something wrong. I personally don't think she/we did anything wrong, and that the look was very unreasonable. Very unfortunate experience.
If you are not from Markham trust me when I say the drive to this cute boutique is worth it! Or order online from their website. My closet is filled with Loulouboutique clothing as they offer the best brands. And customer service is #1. Love love love! ❤️
EDIT, November 6th, 2021: I finally got to visit the new location and it is beautiful! Much more room to browse, not to mention more items to look at. Please keep Judy forever. Her energy, bubbly personality, and welcoming nature are infectious :) My go-to place every time I visit Unionville. An inviting atmosphere, Lou Lou's always has such cute stuff. The owner is fantastic!
