I had an issue with my online order, and the store manager “Atousa”went above and beyond to help me fix it. She was extremely patient, kind, and professional. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service — it made a big difference
Recent visit at the Markville location and as an Asian individual me and my mother was given many dirty glances as we explored the selection. Extremely disrespectful and honestly felt as if there was racial intent. I say this because there were other customers in the store of other ethnicity and the staff generously greeted them and treated them with utmost respect. Sadly we were treated completely differently and was very disappointed. Do not come to this store.
During my recent visit to this store, I was assisted by Lina (I believe she was the assistant manager!) who provided exceptional service. I came into it looking for a specific item, and she went above and beyond to help me find it. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She took the time to listen and understand what I needed. Her communication is excellent, and you can tell she’s genuinely passionate about serving customers and making sure they leave happy. I really appreciated her professionalism and warm approach :)
I was at the Markville store today to return some items I ordered online. Apparently I was helped by the store manager, as she had stated. She was not attentive at all and was rude and not very helpful. At one point she also snapped at one of the sales associates to turn down the air as it was so hot and complained loudly about this. I was in a few weeks ago to do another return and was helped by a sales associate that was very helpful and processed my return very easily. I also noticed other customers witnessed this store manager's behavior.
I had to return a dress I ordered on line @ the Melanie Lynn Women’s clothing store …my experience was very good . The customer service lady was very nice & attentive. The manager was very professional . Returning the dress was stress free
We came on Saturday. The mall closes at 6pm. We were looking for a dress for my mom and find a really nice dress so my mom wanted to try. It was 5:30pm so we think trying a dress and make a decision would take no more than 10mins. However, the lady kept affirming and rushing us, mentioning there’s only 30 mins left…. My mom finished trying the dress at 5:35pm. The dress was pretty but we will never come back. We didn’t came to store in the last minute and didn’t mean to take salespeople extra time. But it was so annoying when the store doesn’t want your business.
Horrible service, you enter and an old lady says use the sanitizer, I have my own sanitizer that I use as prescribed by my doctor due to a medical issue I can't use the regular sanitizers and the old lady working there veru rudely tells me if I don't use her company given sanitizer I'm not allowed to be in her store - what kind of management style is this? And is this a company policy??
