If I could give this store zero stars, I absolutely would. I visited the store yesterday to buy winter boots for my son. I have shopped here before for my daughter without any issues, but this visit was beyond frustrating. Since every store near Caledon East was sold out, I called ahead to confirm they had my son’s size. I explained that I was driving over an hour in the snow, and they assured me they had it in stock. When I arrived around 5 PM, the store was not even that busy, yet no one offered to help. I tried a size 7 which was a bit tight, then a size 9 which was too loose. I asked for a size 8, the one I had called to put on hold. The employee handed me a box labeled US 8, but when I tried it on my son, it was clearly much smaller. It did not even go on his foot. I looked at the bottom and saw it said 6T. When I pointed it out, they gave me some confusing explanation that “US 8 used to equal 6T.” That made no sense because the US7 I tried earlier was bigger than this supposed US8(6T). Eventually, they brought me the correct pair that fit perfectly. I confirmed with them twice that I was being charged for the right size before leaving which was the normal apparently current labelling of US 8. Both the associate and the cashier said yes. The next morning, when I went to put the boots on my son before school, I realized they had sold me the wrong pair again, the same 6T. I had to drive another hour back to the store in another snowstorm just to exchange them. No apologies Like how do you not even say sorry for the mistake. He kept arguing with me saying how “US 8 used to equal 6T.” But how, sir? It does not even fit! No accountability, no apology, just attitude. Completely unacceptable. After all that driving and frustration, they still acted like I was the one causing the problem. The staff were careless and unprofessional and clearly need training in customer service and basic attention to detail. Honestly, I would not buy anything here. Everything they sell can be found elsewhere with better customer service. I feel like if you ever had an issue with a product, they would make it difficult for you to resolve it. Avoid this store at all costs.
they worst customer service in the whole gta! there is free gift day event going on today I was the second customer in the store. I was about buying over $500 products，but there was no one help me.how ironic is that I was a loyal customer there, but for sure will never go back！
We also celebrate LUNAR new year. Just an FYI in case you didn’t know other nationalities also celebrate the holiday, not just Chinese people. How rude of you to go out of your way to exclude others that also observe this holiday.
Ordered in the morning and delivered at night, which should be a very pleasant experience. BUT! The delivery person HIT THE DOOR AND BELL at 9PM, when my baby has ALREADY SLEPT. My baby was awakened and got all irritated. It should be apparently all your clients have babies at home and if the delivery is late THEN DO NOT HIT THE DOOR. LEAVE A MESSAGE AND PLACE THE PACKAGE AT THE DOOR. very disappointed!
I bought a korean imported shower basin that is over $120 new, got a used one with no package. The seller insisted it's new, the bottom is turning yellow, and you are telling me it's new? Dishonest seller, beware
Really bad customer service. Selling baby food that close to expiry date, only willing to give 50% off of the product or return in person (even they have been told that the customer lives far) super unfriendly offer and inconsiderate, didn’t expect this quality of customer service in 2022. Only focus on selecting the good products for customers isn’t enough for baby products retailing industry. Super disappointed!
I would rate 0 star if I was provided the option. Very lame customer services. Received a legal letter from their lawyer for the matter of complaining online about not being able to return defective purchased item. The "lawyer" (not too sure if understands the law) demanding that me refrain from any slandering and defamatory action against their client (their original sentences). I mean come on, I wasn't lying about anything happened, where did this "defamatory" come from? And also their selling goods are hugely over priced. If you don't care to receive a legal letter from their "lawyer", please go buy things from them.
