Melani was a super employee, she stayed with us for almost 2 hours to decide on a stroller with a travel system. She has also helped us to install the stroller before leaving. A great place to shop from.
Never buy from this place.. Terrible customer service. They get items late to you and when you want to return them you need to pay for return charges.. This place is a disgrace

Buyer beware - this store has a terrible and deceptive return policy. I usually read reviews but was shopping in a hurry and didn't do my usual research. Don't buy from here, it's not worth the hassle.
We had a great experience with this store. We had ordered a high chair online and it was delivered on time. Unfortunately the high chair didn't suit us and we had to return it, which my husband did in store with no issues, a seamless process. After selecting a different chair, we decided to go with ordering online from this store again. The high chair wasn't in stock until 2-3 weeks from the order date although we just received notification that it has shipped, which is earlier than anticipated - great news. Thank you, dear born baby team, for all of your help.
Dearborn Baby Store is hands down the best place for first-time parents like us! We walked in feeling totally clueless, but the staff made everything so chill and easy. Shoutout to the awesome team for being patient and breaking down all the strollers and car seats for us. They didn't rush, took the time to explain all the cool features, and made sure we didn't feel lost in baby gear world. What we really loved was that the staff knew their stuff! Seriously, they could talk about every item in the store like it was their best friend.
