In the end od September we purchased the Cybex seat pack and winter cover,mosquitoes cover and another small stuff from CanaBee Baby, they also gave us a great promotion deal. The customer service was amazing - the staff were kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful, specially manager Janise(sorry if wrote name not correct). We’re so grateful for their assistance. I should have read the other reviews before purchasing from here. I paid for the expedited delivery to ensure the gift would arrive on time, it did not, which is not on them but Canada post. However, because Canabee paid Canada post for the shipping fee, Canabee needs to request the shipping refund which they’ve refused to do. I called to ask and spoke with a representative which went from a calm phone call to her getting frustrated with me and hanging up. Take your money elsewhere, these people are snakes.
My 4 year old and I stopped by here last Friday to look at strollers. We asked the male salesperson some questions and I then asked the weight capacity for something to which he told my little girl “ you’re so big” and “ do you really love McDonald’s?”. My daughter was bothered and didn’t interact back anymore with him. I’ve never been so disgusted by an adults behaviour. This was completely inappropriate and downright cruel. I have now noticed another customers review stating a harsh interaction regarding weight. Not impressed in the slightest. Shame on you.
Charge tax on parts of Jellycat! Every store in Toronto that sells jellycat is tax-free in this period. Now, they are going to return tax charged before, as store credit instead of money. It is ridiculous and unacceptable rule. I don’t want store credit, I want my money back!!! No one wants back here to purchase again for a few dollars. I don't want to see them make extra bucks from everyone's order. It is a dishonest store, it cheated customers.?
I ordered a trampoline for my kids for Christmas off their website. I placed the order on a Sunday, and 2 hours later it was wrapped and ready for Canada Post to pick up! It was slightly more expensive than Amazon / Walmart / etc but I wanted to support a family owned business so I felt it was worth it!
Was looking at purchasing a dresser from their online store. They have listed on the site to contact them for shipping information. I got in contact with the sales team and was told they can't ship the item and that I would need to contact a shipping company to set this up. This isn't an issue, but they don't have, or even, want to get me the shipping sizes of the dresser. All they would provide was the assembled size of the dresser, which doesn't do me any good for shipping. Doesn't seem like the sales team wants to help and offering email support was hard for them. Really not impressed with the service, and wanting to make a $1,000+ purchase, you'd think they'd want my business. Taking my business elsewhere.
