I love this company and their products. The products themselves work extremely well and I've recently bought more of the reusable pads. Which is why I wanted to finally leave a review. I recently had an issue with my order and reached out to lil helper. Not only are they an extremely kind and supportive business, they were able to give me a new tracking number and assured me that it was being reshipped. Also, that they were looking into what went wrong. I cannot express just how much this company not only makes great products, but is also made of a compassionate and caring group of people. I recommend them everytime I bring up reusable pads, not just for those, but for their other products and the care they give each costumer. The care that went into each design. Thank you, lil helper, for all that you do.
Not only did everything ship extremely quick, all the products are amazing! From the breast pads, to reusable diapers to reusable pads, everything absorbs so well, I couldn’t believe it! I’ll always use these products! Sustainability is the way!
Nothing but love for Lil Helper! It’s a kind, empathic, environment- friendly company ❤️ I got the Tank Diapers from my sister- in- law. My baby’s comfortable in them. We’ll get to use it for a long time. We love the Bamboo Wipes! Gentle on skin and absorbent. Biggie bib is just what we need to keep her clothes dry. We’ll be using it more since she’s eating now. Smocket is great: we can focus on enjoying baby’s meal and not the cleanup. The Moasis Towel is genius! Would love to buy more. It’s light-weight, dries up quick, packs easily, and it has a pocket!
I ordered diapers 6 days ago and they came today, probably the fastes shipping ever and im on the west coast of Canada plus they gave me a free diaper changing pad, and a little bag of chocolates, I'll update my review when i actually use the diapers and wet bag (im 32 weeks this coming Wednesday) but just seeing them has convinced my anti cloth diaper parents that these will be a good thing and a good investment for years to come ❤️ Truly a company with good people and good intentions behind them, and worth every penny, even tho they r on the pricey side
My cousin ordered us a few items from Lil Helper and had them delivered to our house. There was an issue with the change mats but I contacted customer service and the issues were resolved right away! I cannot say enough about their customer service... fast response, very helpful and friendly. We haven't used our items yet but we can't wait to try them out!
Updating my review : what does lil helper, iced coffee and Netflix have in common.....all very habit forming! Last year in received some items as a baby shower gift. Now that my little one is here. I have bought more items to build my cloth diaper stash! The quality of the items is great, the customer service is amazing, and the online community of other lil helper fans is so supportive and kind.
This company is no less than amazing! I ordered one diaper to try out because they have an awesome deal for first time customers! When I opened my package they sent all of these other goodies as well. The customer service is the best you could ask for and the diaper is excellent quality. I highly recommend them!
