Quality has really dropped at Tiger Sugar. Very disappointed in what this place has become. Got the strawberry mochi and it was just milk in a cup. Not worth the $11. Much better bubble tea spots around.
The man working front cash both times I went was super friendly and gave great customer service. Drinks and food were served quick and very fresh. The food and drinks were made with care and delicious. Ive been to many other bubble tea shops but this is in my top 3 best of all time!
Service was great, but drinks were terrible. We ordered the coffee jelly boba black milk tea that was on promotion, but it didn't taste like milk tea at all. It was bland and only tasted of the coffee jelly. There wasn't a lot of boba in the drink either. 0/10 would not recommend.
Nice little place to pick up a late night drink after a movie. Fast service, comfortable seats. They even wrapped the hat I left behind after closing to make sure it didn't get dirty. Respect to that choice. I would have no problem visiting again.
Mochi strawberry tea is my daughter's favorite. Great choices of drinks. Very friendly service. Thank you! We are coming back regularly to this tea shop.
First time trying this bbt place and would be the last... It tastes like dirty towel water. I asked my partner to try it just to confirm I am not going crazy. And yes, this drink has a weird mixed taste that makes me feel sick when I'm traveling on the 407. I had ordered this drink many, many times from different brands across Canada, and I know how it is supposed to be like. This store needs to do some serious investigations in their food prep station for real.
The people there are sooo sweet and friendly, they really amped up our experience there. We came in to buy some drinks and also had some cake with us for a birthday. We asked the owner for some utensils and unfortunately they didn’t have any, so he offered us his own plastic fork from his lunch order we talked to him a bit and he was so kind and friendly, it really made me want to come back again. I got their tiger mango sago drink and it was very creamy and delicious, it has a good amount of toppings inside. Lovely area and can’t wait to return
