ordered a crystal peach ball and the bottom of the cup broke and spilled all of its content everywhere. ordered over uber and the was no problem up until it was delivered. would not order again
To anyone reading this review—**do not** order the bubble tea from here! Pearls weren’t even cooked—they were rock-hard. The "70% sugar" tasted like no sugar at all. I’ve **never** had milk tea this terrible before. Making milk tea **this** bad… now that’s a real *talent*, isn’t it?
The pearls aren’t even not fully cooked where the texture is super hard. Also, as you can see from the picture, the pearls are sticking together instead of being separated. Would not recommend to order from the place.
Not sure if all the other reviews were from Uber but I didn’t experience any of the reviews people were dissatisfied with I got the world milk tea and I really enjoyed it. First off, the tea itself had a nice flavour. Wasn’t a strong tea flavour but still d ed cent. The toppings in the drink complemented the milk tea itself nicely. Although the toppings did run out quickly, it was also in those 1L cups, so a lot to drink. The price of the drink to me is very worth the money. Where else can you get a litre of milk tea with toppings fo under $10. Service was good too. A little unenthusiastic, but no rude service or slowness. Even with the people that came after me, everything seemed normal. Great job overall
Very nice brand with good quality tea and the possibility of ordering gigantic one liter drink. Their fruit teas are absolute hits! The place is quite convenient to find and the service is quite nice. However, the place is rather messy and it's always hot in the summertime because no AC.
No longer good, half my drink was ice, and they watered down the flavor. Not the same as 1 year ago. I was a loyal customer and this used to be my favorite drink store.
Slow as hell and the workers look like they don’t know what to do. Anyone who comes to this place must be retired cause no one gonna wait from them to comprehend. I was placing my order the total was 10.16 I had 10 cash but I wanted to pay 16 cents on my card both workers looked clueless and confused on what I was doing.
