I’ve been visiting this Real Fruit location in Pacific Mall, and it’s definitely my go-to spot for refreshing drinks! It’s one of two locations here; the other one is down the Lucky Bridge and sells curry fishballs. This main location can get pretty busy and congested on weekends, so I highly recommend ordering through the app to save time. I absolutely love their classic Mango Diamond Slush. For a large drink without tapioca, it cost me almost $10, which I think is reasonable. However, I do wish there were more mango chunks in it—there were only about 10% chunks for such a large drink, which was a bit disappointing. On a positive note, the service is fantastic! The middle-aged lady with brownish-red hair is super sweet and always makes my experience enjoyable. Overall, I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
Located inside Pacific Mall on the second floor. They serve really good mango slushes, which is expected at all Real Fruit locations. They had a promotion for buying 2 mango slushes. This location does not have the self-ordering digital screen.
Today I got their special, the mango diamond slush with real mango cubes at the bottom. The deal is $5 each if you buy 2. Times have changed. 4 years ago it was $2.75 lol. Quality is good. Service is friendly. And wait is reasonable. Located 2nd floor of Pmall in food court area
Mango diamond slush is always my favourite! They have a special deal at this store for $3.75 each (small size) if you buy two! Love that it has real mango chunks inside!
Poor customer service. Rudest staff I’ve ever met. She wanted us left so she could close the door and go home. That was one hour before the closing time. I will never come back.
One star for this location. Worst service and quality among other real fruit stores. I ordered a Mango slush tastes like water coz lack of mango. And apple juice only fill half of the cup. The workers there definitely not give enough apple. But the apple juice is almost 9 dollars. I can buy lots of apples with 9 dollars. Awful!
We went there many times and usually the bubble tea is good but this time the tapioca was not sweet at all and we asked for a medium and a large but they gave us a small and a large. We also asked for extra sugar but they gave it to us with no sugar but really bad bubble tea
