Had a really great experience dealing with Brian at Ceramic Pro Markham. He very patiently explained the difference between packages, ahead of time. As well when I picked up my car, he went over after care and maintenance in detail. I am extremely impressed with the quality and workmanship. My car litterally looks like brand new. A huge thanks to Brian and his team in the back for always taking such good care of my car. Communication was great and booking was a breeze through emails. All of my questions were answered until I felt confident about the work being done. Had the entire front end wrapped in PPF and the team also helped polish out a nasty scratch on the door. I’ll definitely be coming back for all future work on the car.

Great service and experience. Brian at Ceramic Pro Markham did a fantastic job explaining all my options proposed maintenance etc... They coated my new BMW X5 with the Ceramic Ion package and the result is beautiful.
SCAM! we got the highest package of Ceramic Pro, they promised lifetime refill for this package, a year later, go back and ask for re-coat, they said nope.. they honour because of their miscommunication. but they said wont do it next time. so we paid extra for nothing. And Ceramic coat itself is a scam, it only last for few months. you can just do it yourself. or spend extra to wrap it because ceramic wont protect your paint unless you re-coat ever few months. There are soap provide such soap/wax/ceramic also, just wash it at home or pay someone car wash at your home. dont waste your time and money, and never let these scammer take your money.
I recently had full front paint protection film added to my Mercedes C300 and was very pleased with the outcome and the service. I would definitely recommend this business.
