I brought two vehicles to OCG Detailing on the same day for the following services to each: Vehicle 1: Advanced Wash & Wax + Undercarriage Detail Vehicle 2: Undercarriage Detail I believe Frank was the one to service my vehicles (forgive me if I got the name wrong!) and he was friendly and great to work with. Vehicle 1 was estimated at drop off to be approx. 3-4 hours and I received a call about 2:45 hours after, that the service had been completed and my car was ready for pick up. I came to the shop and Frank allowed me to inspect and look over the work. My car definitely looked squeaky clean! Probably haven't looked that clean since the first year I owned it. My main purpose for the Advanced Wash & Wax was to address the iron deposits (rust marks) that have accumulated over the life of my car. Majority of the iron deposits was removed, I did noticed some areas where they were still present but Frank was more than accommodating to quickly address those areas immediately! I really appreciated his efforts and willingness to do this! There was no fuss and he got it completed swiftly and I'm happy with the results! My second vehicle was recently bought as a used car and so I wanted to prep it for the upcoming winter. So I requested the Undercarriage Detailing for this one and it took about 30 minutes or so for this. When I returned, Frank was ecstatic to let me know that when they were completing the service, a whole lot of mud was removed from the underside! Frank had no idea my car was recently bought used, so when I heard this, I was so relieved to know I made the right call to get this done! The price for the results, service, and time are most definitely fair and reasonable. I have no qualms with what I had paid! Overall, I'm definitely coming back and most likely making this an annual service for my vehicles here at OCG Detailing. Would definitely recommend this shop for your detailing needs! Great spot to get some detailing done. They are very thorough with their work and lots of owner's of high end cars trust them to do a good job. Reasonably fair pricing for their services.
I have been a regular customer of OCG Detailing for many years, frequently visiting several times annually since 2017. Initially, when Ivan, the owner, handled the detailing himself, the results were meticulous, clean, and demonstrated great attention to detail, which justified the premium pricing compared to other car wash services. However, after interacting with Ivan over time, it became apparent that he is neither honest nor trustworthy. On one occasion, electronic components in my vehicle stopped functioning after a detailing session, but Ivan completely denied any responsibility. While the component resumed functioning once dried, his dismissive attitude toward accountability left a negative impression. Additionally, the quality of detailing has significantly deteriorated. Several recent visits resulted in dirty handprints remaining inside my car, and multiple items within the vehicle were damaged during service. Each time, Ivan refused to acknowledge any responsibility or rectify the issues. Highly recommend Ivan and his team, they always perform terrific job! With little kids our cars is very dirty but they manages to be able to clean it perfectly, top notch service. Friendly and professional. Recommend anyone that needs car detailing to come here!
Brought all of my cars here and Ivan (funny we have the same name) always do such a good job and are professional as hell. Check their Instagram and look at all the exotic cars they detail. Worth every penny and will keep bringing my cars here

Yesterday I took my BMW X1 for cleaning. The manager Ivan is very friendly. The job was done in two hours. Workmanship and attention to details really impressed me. The price is slightly on the high side but given the results I think it’s worth it. Highly recommended.
