I used to be a regular customer under the previous ownership, but my recent experience with Spa Classic Auto Detailing was incredibly disappointing. I called to inquire about pricing for my SUV and asked if there were any deals for regular customers. The individual who answered the phone bluntly told me to “go elsewhere” — a completely unprofessional and rude response. This is not the kind of customer service expected anywhere, especially in North America. A simple, polite “no, we don’t offer deals” would have sufficed. Based on this interaction alone, I would not feel comfortable leaving my vehicle — let alone paying $200 — at a business that treats potential customers this way. I no longer trust this establishment and will be taking my business elsewhere.
James and his team did an amazing job. I was able to bring my car in right away after I called, they finished early and it looks brand new. They were able to get rid of a bad smell that’s been lingering and removed stains from the seat. Great price and great overall experience! Definitely coming back with our second vehicle.
Not professional at all. They have no idea how to detail a car. You pay 200 and get as good a cleaning as a gas station car wash and you vacuuming yourself.
Not a pleasant experience, he told me he can do scratch removal and I paid $300 for that top package. What I actually got is a detailing package that might be $200 ish with more professional staff and gear anywhere else. They tried to use some paint to cover the scratch but the colour doesn’t match, got paint removed before leaving. Pictures are taken right after
Price: 3 out of 5. Around average market price. Couldn't say cheap but price wise it's fair. Workmanship: 4 out of 5. It's pretty good, consider it's done by the owner. Overall: 4 out of 5.They deserve 4 stars. Update on April 26, 2019. Change of ownership, price is slightly cheaper and workmanship remains the same. It's a good deal.
