I was shopping in the mall and ran out of my cell phone battery. Even though I didn’t buy anything from the store but their salesperson Kulbir Singh gave me chair , got the charger and helped him to charge my phone. Thanks Kulbir for your help , you are an amazing salesperson!!!

The Apple tech that works at this store -Kulbir Singh, he is an amazing guy. If you want to experience the best customer service, I highly recommend going to this store and talking specifically to Kulbir. I went there to get my phone’s screen fixed and while he was diagnosing it, he offered me to diagnose my AirPods Pro and my iPad which I happened to carry with myself. After checking, there was some problem with my AirPods Pro as well with some crackling sound and he got them replaced too. I just can’t thank enough of this gem of a person. Kulbir, YOU’RE THE MAN!!! Thank you so much for everything!
