Do not come to this location. The assistant is so rude. “ Never mind, I don’t want to explain to you. Just pay with your card. I never meet the customer service like him.
I went to this shop at Markville Mall at 6:10 pm today to buy a prepaid top-up card. The salesperson whose ethnicity should be chinese was very unpleasant and arrogant. He frowned and looked at me and then proceeded to correct me on my request. His demeanour was very condescending. I am very disappointed with this type of attitude displayed by any salesperson. I should have asked for his name. But there was a coloured man sitting behind him at the last seat. I would not recommend anyone to visit this shop. Telus should provide better training for their frontline sales rep. I am a sales manager, and if any of my sales did what this sales did, he would not have a job anymore. I have been using Virgin for the last 12 yrs and have never experienced such arrogant attitude from their frontline sales. It is truly disappointing for Telus.
I don’t even wanna give a single star . The customer service is worst . I visit the store last weekend . The guy there they don’t wanna attend you . Not interested at all . I asked the guy if I can pay my phone at store . He was very rude .. not interested at all . Avoid that store at any cost . They need to hire the new staff.
I went there two years ago, and the staff were very good and professional, and I dealt with Sampson and he was excellent and also the manager Jackie who was there with him. This time when I went into the store, they are very unprofessional, and do not want to help at all. The girl is very rude .and also the rest of the staff are very rude, and not willing to help I am surprised that the manager is keeping staff like this ,anyway at the end of the day I went to Best Buy and Apple Really helpful Went above and beyond I closed the account with Telus for one of my phones and the other account I went to Best Buy to set it up. Will never go into Telus Markville mall again. Manager needs to train his staff to be polite and instead of sitting there, looking at their cell phones . Even when I call the Telus call center. They are also very helpful. Will not be recommending Markville Telus mobility to family and friends.!!!!!
I can’t believe TELUS hasn’t done anything about their poor customer service in this store. I was planning to transfer my Fido account to Koodo. Since I feel insulted by the salesperson there in the store. I ended up joined V plus. Before that, I also had a very bad online and phone CS experience with Koodo. Don’t waste your time on a company that doesn’t want to improve their customers’ experience!
Store said they can’t cancel my phone line with the phone return but called multiple times to customer service and they said they can. What a pain to deal with these guys
What a terrible experience. I need to change the physical sim card due to changing service providers. As a result, a salesperson who spoke Mandarin didn't understand everything and finally sold me an esim, which was non-refundable. This small amount of money given to Telus can be regarded as a charity. I hope they can find qualified people to represent them. But I think I have no interest in them anymore.
