The service I received for setting up a new plan was excellent. Angela and Vicky were so helpful and provided all needed information for me. However, after about 2 hours, I went back to the store and asked for some very straight forward questions, the store manger was there without any customer at the store. He refused to answer my question and said he was very busy unpacking some new products. We were so disappointed with that kind of attitude.
