I’ve been with Rogers for as long as they’ve offered cell phone service, and I finally decided to switch carriers thanks to Anson. It’s a shame that long-time loyal customers often end up paying more, and I was actually going to be charged higher on a new contract than what I was already paying. As someone who gets easily annoyed with technology, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and patience Anson showed. He transferred everything to my new phone seamlessly, and the new monthly price is fantastic, with coverage in the U.S. included. I also met his manager and district manager; both came across as sharp, professional and very business savvy. It’s no surprise this team is one step ahead of everyone else. Thank you, Gents.

Horrible place to get a phone, It's been 2 months and I still haven't got my phone. Whenever I would call for updates on when my phone is coming I would always get different responses.
I was shopping for a phone for my daughter who was getting her first line and happen to had the pleasure of speaking to the manager York. I have never ever had this level of service a phone company before. He was so pleasant to deal with, not only was he super patient, he was detailed and very knowledgable. He gave me the right info in order to make good decision. I was blown away by the experience and had to express this to him. I am happy to use your company in the future because of York. He is a gem to your company that I can say, an employee like this is valuable and should be appreciated. I literally went home and told my husband, sister and other families about the experience because I was so impressed. Keep up the good work York and I will be back to get my upgrade on my line.
This is where it’s at! I’ve always been skeptical of going to new places because I personally hate being sold to or looked at like a dollar sign. However, York is quite the opposite! He has and continues to exceed all my expectations and always provides exceptional service. He takes his time to truly explain what’s happening and is the epitome of patient when I have questions or concerns. He truly cares about people, and always goes above and beyond to make sure they’re happy and satisfied! I’ve recommended all my friends and family to York and will continue to do so, he’s truly the best!!

Highly recommend York! He goes above and beyond to score a good deal for your phone plan and phone. I like that he would go out of his way to give you various options and also give you his personal recommendations along the way.
